We use phone and email communication, depending on our customer’s preference, to resolve any problems that arise, and have remote access to all internal systems and users’ PCs, so they are never more than a few clicks away from support, no matter where they are in the world.  Support is generally available 8AM-6PM every day, and arrangements can be made for after hours support if needed as well.
